Bone broth is one of the first things I incorporated into my life when I started my healing journey. It is not only nourishing for the body, but can sooth the mind & spirit on the gloomiest days. This has become a weekly staple in my wellness routine and is now a ritual I am happy to partake in. |

In a slow cooker, place carrots, celery, and onions. Add chicken and top with salt. Pour in apple cider vinegar and water to cover. Cook on low for 12-24 hours. Once your broth is ready, ladle into silicone ice trays and freeze to easily use in a recipe later or to simply heat and sip anytime you’d like. |
