Healing Bone Broth
Try this easy slow cooker recipe to repair & replenish your gut.
Bone broth is one of the first things I incorporated into my life when I started my healing journey. It is not only nourishing for the body, but can sooth the mind & spirit on the gloomiest days. This has become a weekly staple in my wellness routine and is now a ritual I am happy to partake in.
  • 1 Package of Chicken Necks, Chicken Backs, or Chicken Feet

  • 1 Organic Red Onion
  • 1 T Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 T Redmonds Kosher Salt
  • 6 Cups Spring Water
  • In a slow cooker, place carrots, celery, and onions. Add chicken and top with salt. Pour in apple cider vinegar and water to cover. Cook on low for 12-24 hours.
