Pour matcha into heat proof mug or cup. Heat spring water to desired temperature. This drink is best with warmed but not extremely hot water. If the water is too hot it will lessen the nutrients in some of the ingredients. Add in milk, magnesium and drip Shilajit. Mix in honey & enjoy! |
