Immune Boosting Mocktail for Your Body to Thrive All Winter
Try this hydrating morning ritual drink to keep your defenses up throughout the Winter season.
During the long Winter months, I find myself in need of a boost to my immune system to keep me thriving until Spring. This specially curated blend not only jump-starts my day but also reinvigorates my body's natural defenses against the harshness of Winter. I typically drink this tonic each morning from December through February as part of my daily rituals.



    In an 8oz glass, combine the orange juice and coconut water. Squeeze in the Vitamin C and elderberry packets. Sprinkle with salt and stir to mix the ingredients. Once mixed, pour the cranberry juice over the top. Sip & enjoy!
