BON CHARGE
Bon Charge’s red-light bulbs are my go-to, particularly for the bedroom. These bulbs help regulate circadian rhythms and balance hormones, setting the stage for a good night's sleep. I also love their night lights with red bulbs, which are ideal for kids' rooms, bathrooms, and hallways.

JOOV
I have a soft spot for Joov’s Red Light Therapy products because they were the first I discovered on my healing journey and have proven themselves over and over. I use the Solo daily and always have a Go packed for travel. I usually recommend the Go for easy use first thing in the morning while laying in bed. This guarantees you are getting your daily dose of red light in and it wakes you up in the process.

CREE
Cree is a gem in the world of lighting. They offer a low-flicker, “healthy” LED option that, while not perfect, is a much better alternative than mainstream LEDs. I've incorporated these into my design projects and have been pleased with the results.

EDISON BULBS
These create the most magical lighting and are some of the healthiest bulbs for our health. Unfortunately incandescent light bulbs have had a ban placed on them here in the U.S., so they can be hard to find.

SALT LAMPS
Salt lamps are not just decor pieces; they serve as functional lighting that also purifies the air and mitigates non-native EMFs. Available in various shapes and sizes, they're a mainstay in both my home and offices.

NATURAL SUNSHINE
The best light is natural light. Nothing replaces the health benefits of sunshine, from Vitamin D production to resetting your internal body clock. So, open the windows, go outside, get some sunshine on your skin and only use artificial lighting when absolutely necessary.
